70 Cows have already signed up for the 2011 Stampede to take place at the 94.7 Cycle Challenge on 20 November 2011.
The 2011 Stampede was launched at a slick and swanky function at CHOC House in Saxonwold on 4 August. The goal this year is two-fold – grow the size of the Herd, and raise R 4.3 million rand for CHOC. This money will be going towards to projects that have already been identified, namely upgrading the Ward at Joburg Gen and providing mobile Awareness and Diagnosis Vehicles that can travel through remote, rural areas.
Also signed up already is CHOC Chairman Mzwandile Khanya who will be riding for the first time.
